We all have times in our lives when we need a helping hand. I can offer a safe space to explore your feelings and help you move forward without judgement. I have worked with adults in the NHS for the past 20 years offering support with a wide range of issues such as Stroke and I have also supported carers. I currently also undertake voluntary Counselling work with clients suffering from mental health issues and domestic violence.
I have personally experienced the benefits of Counselling as a client and know how difficult it can be to take that first step in reaching out. I can honestly say that taking that step changed my life and helped me to move towards a much happier and healthier future.
